Christmas pudding truffle image

Number Of Ingredients 5

400 grams Light Christmas cake
1 tablespoon Brandy
50 grams Dark chocolate
100 grams White chocolate
150 Sugar balls

Steps:

  • Process cake in food processor until crumbs form
  • Melt dark chocolate and mix in to cake crumbs with brandy
  • Form into balls 2 teaspoons in size
  • Refrigerate and then decorate with white chocolate and sugar balls
