I make these every Christmas Eve so they are ready to fill the house with yeasty sweetness on Christmas morning when I bake them.

Steps:
- 1. Put together when you go to bed Christmas Eve. Mix dry vanilla pudding, brown sugar and pecans.
- 2. Generously butter or oil a tube pan. If the bottom comes out of the pan, put foil around the outside of the bottom of the pan so it doesn't leak out when baking. Arrange frozen bread dough rolls (12) at the bottom of the pan. Pour the dry mixture evenly over the rolls.
- 3. Cut the butter into 12 pats and distribute evenly over the frozen dough and dry ingredients. Cover the top of the pan with wax paper or plastic wrap, leaving plenty of room for the rolls to raise. Leave on the countertop in the kitchen and go to bed!
- 4. In the morning preheat the over to 325, remove the wax paper or plastic wrap and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a holiday tray. Enjoy!
