CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE BROWNIES image

¾ cups Melted Butter
1-½ cup Sugar
2 whole Large Eggs
1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Whipping Cream Or Milk
¾ cups All-purpose Flour
½ cups Cocoa Powder
¼ teaspoons Salt
7 whole Lindt Lindor Truffles, Assorted & Cut Up

Steps:

  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan with Pam or butter, and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition. Then add the vanilla and cream or milk. Combine the dry ingredients (not the truffles yet) in a separate bowl, then stir into the batter. Add the cut up truffles and just stir to combine. Spread batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake, brownies should be just slightly underbaked for best results.
