CHOCOLATE TOFFEE BREAD & BUTTER PUDDING image

2 cups cubed whole wheat bread (ciabatta)
1/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter, softened
4 tbsp chocolate toffee bar, chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • - Preheat oven to 375 - Combine milk & bread and let sit for 5 minutes in lg bowl. - Add remaining ingredients, mix well. - Press the mixture into a 5.5 x 7.5" baking pan. - Bake in preheated oven until golden and firm to the touch, about 30 minutes. Leave in baking pan to cool.
