CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TORTE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Crust:
1 1/2 c chocolate wafer crumbs (Oreo)
6 tbs butter, melted
Filling:
12oz chocolate chips (may sub mint choc chips)
5 egg yolks
3 tbs brandy (optional or may sub mint liquer)
1 1/2 c whipping cream

Steps:

  • 1. Combine crumbs and butter. Mix well and line bottom and sides of 9 in springform pan. Chill. 2. In mixer, combine chips, yolks and brandy. Bring whipping cream just to a boil. With motor running slowly, add cream to chips mixture. Blend one minute. 3. Pour into crust, chill for minimum of 6 hours.
