For a quick chocolate fix, this is unbelievable. Rich and sinfully sweet, but such a small amount you won't have to worry about overindulging.This is from mysimplerecipes.net

1 tablespoon margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Place margarine in microwave-safe mug. Zap 20 seconds to melt.
  • Add sugar. Zap 20 seconds.
  • Add cocoa and flour.
  • Add milk. Stir to blend.
  • Note -- where the ingredient amounts say tablespoon, it should read "heaping spoon". I used the large spoon from my kitchen cutlery, commonly called a tablespoon or soup spoon.
