ORANGE BLOSSOMS
This recipe freezes very well. Freeze by the dozen. Great Christmas tradition treat when I was little and now the same for my boys.

Steps:
- 1. Mix cake mix according to directions.
- 2. Put 1 TBS cake mix into each section of mini muffin pan with cute muffin liners.
- 3. Set to the side: Mix confectioner's sugar with the lemon and orange juice + rinds. Mixture will be very thin.
- 4. Bake cake mix 350 degrees until muffins are done.
- 5. Dip cooled cakes into the glaze.
