CHOCOLATE FROSTING FUDGE image

CHOCOLATE FROSTING FUDGE: EASY 2-ingredient fudge made from chocolate chips and store-bought frosting. Video. Ready in minutes!

Number Of Ingredients 2

2 2/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips ((16 ounces))
1 tub chocolate frosting (store-bought) ((16 ounces))

Steps:

  • In a large, microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and frosting
  • Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power. Stir very well, using the residual heat to completely melt the chocolate.
  • Alternatively, place the chocolate and frosting in a heat-proof bowl over a saucepan with simmering water. Heat until about 75 % melted and then stir to completely melt.
  • If you're adding mix-ins, add here!
  • Scrape the mixture into a prepared 8 or 9-inch square pan that has been greased well or lined with lightly-greased parchment paper or no-stick foil.
  • Chill a couple hours until well set and cut into 25 squares.
