CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS image

Number Of Ingredients 16

1/2 c. choc. chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
FILLING
2-3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup choc chips
confectioner's sugar

Steps:

  • CAKE Melt chips over water.Stir until smooth. Combine flour, soda, salt. Combine sugar, oil egg and vanilla in melted morsels. Beat in flour mixture alt. with water. spoon 1/2 batter then tsp. filling then batter. Sprinkle w/ conf. sugar. FILLING Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt. Beat until creamy. Stir in morsels Bake 350 degrees 20-25 min.
