Chocolate Coconut Milk Mousse image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cans coconut milk, refrigerated
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons liquid sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pinch salt
3.5 ounces chocolate bar, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Shake coconut milk and pour into a bowl; whisk until combined.
  • Add the cocoa, salt and vanilla and whisk while adding sweetener. Whisk for 1 minute with electric whisk or 2-3 minutes with a manual whisk. Mixture should start to thicken but still be pourable.
  • Pour mousse into serving dishes and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove from fridge, sprinkle with chocolate and serve.
