Steps:
- Shake coconut milk and pour into a bowl; whisk until combined.
- Add the cocoa, salt and vanilla and whisk while adding sweetener. Whisk for 1 minute with electric whisk or 2-3 minutes with a manual whisk. Mixture should start to thicken but still be pourable.
- Pour mousse into serving dishes and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge, sprinkle with chocolate and serve.
