Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325. Place the butter, sugar, flour rice flour, vanilla and egg in the bowl of a food processor and process until a smooth dough forms. turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Add the chocolate and knead to combine. Press the mixture into an 8x11 pan lined with parchment paper and smooth surface with back of spoon. Use a small, sharp knife to score the top into bars. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan. Slice along the score marks to serve.
