PECAN CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE image

3 eggs
1 cp light corn syrup
1 cp sugar
2 Tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 cp pecan halves
1/2 cp semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked pie crust

Steps:

  • Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except the pie crust; mix until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50-55 mins. or until top is slightly puffed, covering loosely with foil after 30 minutes to avoid over-browning. Cool completely. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
