CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT BISCOTTI image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Butter
12 Oz. Chocolate Chips, melted
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 3/4 Cups Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Hazelnuts
12 Oz. Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp. Butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and sugar in mixer at medium speed. Add chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix in hazelnuts by hand. Divide dough in half. Shape into 14"x2" logs. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool oven to 300 degrees. Cut logs into 3/4" slices with serrated knife. Bake for 10 minutes, turn over, and bake 10 more minutes. Melt 12 Oz. chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp. butter. Glaze Biscotti.
