CHIVE MUSTARD SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Egg Yolk
1/4 Cup Whole Grain Mustard
1/4 t Salt
4 t Rice Vinegar
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/8 t Cayenne Pepper
1/4 t Paprika
6 T Heavy Cream
3 T Chives, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine egg yolk, mustard, salt, veingar, and lemon juice in blender. Slowly add olive oil to form sauce. Add cayenne, paprika and cream, and process 5 seconds. Transfer to bowl and add chives just before serving.
