1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
2 tablespoons kosher salt (if using table salt, only 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 1/2 cups olive oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in blender, adding oil slowly at the end.
