Chili/Cheese Dip image

This great with rye rounds, garlic sticks, Doritos and pretzel sticks and veggies too! ( good on burgers, fries and hot dogs too). Good in quesadillas, on a pizza- etc... you get it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

15 oz can chili with beans
14 oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 c sliced or minced green onions
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c corn chips, finely crushed
2 c shredded mexican blend cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400^. Lightly spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Combine chili, tomatoes, onions and cilantro in a small bowl; st aside. Spread cream cheese in bottom of baking dish. Top with a layer of chili mixture. Sprinkle top with the corn chips and cheese.Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve.
