Number Of Ingredients 9

3 pound(s) ground hamburger
1 small onion
12 ounce(s) tomato juice
1 cup(s) ketchup
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 - splash of vinegar
1 - sleeve saltine crackers(lightly crushed)
- salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard(optional)

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger and onion together.Drain any grease. Combine with the rest of ingredients and let simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  • Serve on hamburger rolls.
