Steps:
- 1. layer 1/4 of the can of chili on the bottom of a glass casserole dish ( I used my medium sized one)
- 2. cut hotdogs lengthwise, then in half and layer, then squirt mustard to your taste (amount wise) over the hotdogs, then a layer of cheese, then a layer of tortilla's (I ripped them into pieces) Keep layering until you're out of ingredients or space, whichever comes first.
- 3. Bake at 350 F. until bubbly and cheese is melted.
