6 medium tomatoes
salt
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 tablespoons sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F degrees.
  • Slice off top of tomatoes, scoop out pulp and seeds, and salt lightly.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into tomato shells.
  • Arrange in a shallow, greased baking dish and bake 30 minutes.
