Number Of Ingredients 7

3lbs Chicken drumsticks
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
4Tbs Milk
2 1/2 c. Cornflakes, crushed
2Tsp salt
1/2Tsp Pepper
7Tbs Margerine

Steps:

  • P. 55 in 1950's cookbook Preheat oven 350. Crush but do not pulverize the cornflakes. Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix together eggs & milk. Mix salt and peper in crushed cornflakes. Dip chicken into milk and egg mixture and then into crumb miture, coating each piece evenly. Set in well-greased baking pan. Coat with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 1hour
