Crock Pot Cube Steak & Gravy image

Now, this easy weeknight meal may not photograph very well, but boy it is tasty. Slathered in creamy gravy, the cube steaks are very tender. This is a mild dish that will appeal to any palate. If you want a bit more seasoning, add some seasoned salt or even a Cajun seasoning. A great Crock Pot dinner option that will hit the spot...

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cube steak, family pack (includes about six)
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
1 pkg onion soup mix, dry in envelope
3/4 c water
salt & pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Place cube steaks in a Crock Pot.
  • 2. Stir all other ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cover and cook on low all day.
  • 3. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
