This recipe has a lot of Middle Eastern flair! I found this on the web. It was posted by a cook known as Joe1155. The first time I made this I fell in love with it! Its creamy and a little spicy! It goes perfectly with potatoes or rice and naan bread! I'm posting this recipe the way I made it and adding my photo.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium high. Add olive oil, onions and garlic. Sautee gently until tender with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Add the cumin and fenugreek and cook until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chicken slices and let brown.
- 4. Add chicken broth and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- 5. Serve over rice or potatoes, with naan bread to soak up the creamy sauce.
