Chicken Taco Bake image

Got boneless chicken breasts? Add taco seasonings, sour cream and Cheddar cheese, and you're well on your way to this yummy Chicken Taco Bake.

1 Tbsp. oil
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 pkg. (16.35 oz.) TACO BELL® Soft Tortilla Taco Dinner Kit
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and sour cream.
  • Spray 12x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray; cover bottom of dish with 5 Tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; cover with chicken mixture and remaining tortillas. Drizzle with Taco Sauce.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
