Kalbi sauce
Chicken or beef shortribs
Carrots
Onion
Korean radish
Potatoes (Optional, the dish won't last as long)
Green onion

Steps:

  • For Kalbi-jim Rinse beef with cold water and let it soak until blood comes out. Drain. Put sauce, onion, carrot, potato (Optional), radish and meat in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the green onion at the end.
