3 skinless chicken breasts
8 oz red grapes
2 medium green apples
1 oz walnuts
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Steps:

  • Cook the chicken breasts and dice into 1 inch cubes.
  • Slice the grapes into halves, and dice the apples into 1/2 inch cubes. Add to the chicken.
  • Mix in the walnuts and yogurt.
