2.5 C cooked rice
3-4 cups cooked chicken breast
2T butter
1/4 cup flour
1C milk
1C

Steps:

  • White Sauce: Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk and chicken broth. Whisk to blend and heat to boiling and thickened.
