Chicken Noodle Soup image

I make this on a cold night, it's wonderful! Kids young and old love this~~

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 medium chicken quarters
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/2 can(s) evaporated milk
2 tsp chicken bullion cubes
3 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
10 oz egg noodles, uncooked (half bag)

Steps:

  • 1. Boil Chicken until done, pick off bone, set aside
  • 2. in the chicken broth, add all ingredients, cook on medium heat
  • 3. When noodles get almost done, add chicken. Taste, may add more seasoning to taste.
  • 4. Let simmer until slightly thickened. Stirring occasionally *may add 1 can of mixed vegetables to it for a different taste
