Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium skillet, fry onion and celery in butter until softened.
- 2. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
- 3. In large bowl, combine chicken chunks, sour cream, poultry seasoning and soup. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar. Stir in uncooked egg noodles. Pour mixture over onions in baking dish.
- 4. Top with crumbled crackers and remaining cheddar.
- 5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden and noodles are soft.
