Chicken in Mushroom Sauce image

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Combine soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with bacon.
