Before my husband made this, I don't think I had ever had Gorgonzola cheese. Wow! What had I been missing? LOL

Steps:
- 1. Blend 1/2 cup butter, minced onion and lemon pepper.
- 2. Melt in microwave.
- 3. Add honey mustard, balsamic vinegar, white wine and lemon juice, .
- 4. Lightly dredge chicken through Cumin and Chili Powder.
- 5. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter and horseradish in skillet.
- 6. Brown chick on both sides.
- 7. Pour melted butter & onion mixture into pan.
- 8. Add celery. Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
- 9. Sprinkle Gorgonzola cheese on top of chicken, and then top with basil.
- 10. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
