Steps:
- Bake chicken at 375°F until thoroughly cooked. Cut chicken into small cubes and combine with cream cheese.
- Unroll and separate croissants. Drop by spoonful onto large end of croissant. Fold in side corners and roll croissants. Brush with butter and sprinkle croutons on top.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
