Chicken and Rice (Crock-Pot) image

2 1/4 oz pkg. dried beef
6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
6-8 slices bacon
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
Cooked Rice

Steps:

  • 1. Lay dried beef in bottom of slow cooker. Wrap each piece chicken with a strip of bacon. Place on top of dried beef.
  • 2. Combine soup, sour cream, and flour. Pour over chicken.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
