Chicken Alfredo Pizza image

My kids LOVE Chicken Fettucine Alfredo... so I knew this would be a hit! It is quick and easy and so yummy!!!

1 can(s) pizza dough
1 jar(s) bertolli alfredo sauce (any flavor)
1 pkg mushrooms (optional)
1 onion
2 c mozzerella cheese
1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
1 small pkg frozen spinach, well drained (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. In a skillet sautee onions and sliced mushrooms in a small drizzle of olive oil. Add cubed chicken and season to taste. My favorite all around seasoning is Tony's.
  • 2. While your chicken is cooking place your rolled out pizza dough in the oven and cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Romove from oven and spoon alfredo sauce as lightly or liberally as you prefer.
  • 3. When your chicken is cooked spread the chicken, onion, and mushroom mixture evenly over your crust. Add as much spinach as you like.
  • 4. Top with lots of mozzerella cheese and bake for approx. 45 minutes.
