Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Cover, bring to boil, lower heat to simmer for 45 minutes.
- 2. Uncover the pot and let simmer for 15 more minutes. Serve with hot rice, YUM!
- 3. Almost any meat, pork, chicken, fish, vegetables shellfish, etc. can be cooked adobo style.
