Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat Blondie ingredients with spoon until well blended. Spread in pan.
- Bake 24 to 28 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chips uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle with fork over top. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.
