Great flavor, nice crunch, terrific chew! We sure hope we get "wink"ed at often...

Ingredients

1 c sugar
3/4 c butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp milk
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped dates
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries
2 1/2 c cornflakes, crushed

Steps:

1. Shape cookie dough into one inch balls and roll in crushed cornflakes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
