1/2 cup bing cherries, pitted
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup ice water
Sprig of mint

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients but mint in a blender, and puree 1 minute. Add sugar to taste. Pour into ice-filled glass. Garnish with mint.
