Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms image

These are so delicious and easy to make on the fly. Quick from start to finish.

Number Of Ingredients 7

12 Large - mushroom caps, cleaned & dried
4oz - cream cheese, softened
1 - garlic clove, pressed
1/4 cup(s) parmesan, grated
1/4 cup(s) sharp cheddar, grated
1 tbsp tablespoon(s) dried or fresh parsley
4 slices - bacon (optional)

Steps:

  • Wash mushrooms, remove stems, mix all and scoop into mushroom caps. Top with remaining cheese & bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
