Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cans whole kennel corn
1 cans cream style corn
1 sticks oleo
2 units eggs
1 cups sour cream
1 packages corn muffin mix
1 dashes salt
1 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Mix everything (except cheese) together in 2.5-3 quart casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F uncovered for 50 minutes.
  • Then place cheese on top and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
