Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound(s) bulk pork sausage cooked and drained
1 1/2 cup(s) sliced fresh mushrooms (4 oz)
8 - medium green onions sliced (1/2 cup)
2 - medium tomatoes chopped (1 1/2 cup)
2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz)
1 1/4 cup(s) original bisquick mix
1 cup(s) milk
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
12 - eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven 350 F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in the dish.
  • Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese.
  • Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Kitchen Tip: Wake up to a healthy breakfast! Use turkey sausage instead of pork and reduced-fat mozzarella cheese. Serve with fresh spinch salad and fresh fruit.
