CHEESY GREEK SWIRLS image

1 pkg. (17 oz) frozen puff pastry
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 c. sliced kalamata olives
1 cup chopped marinated artichokes
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. jarred red peppers
2 c. shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
1/2 teas. salt, pepper & garlic powder

Steps:

  • Thaw pastry by pkg. directions. Arrange sheets on hard surface. Spread 1/2 cream cheese on each half, Mix feta, olives, pepper, artichokes, spinach and cheese. Spread half on each pastry. Roll tightly. Cut rolls into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on parchment lined baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake 400 for 15 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temp. Refrig any leftovers.
