Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble or chop. Set aside.
- Melt butter in oven-safe skillet. Add shallots and brussels sprouts. Season with salt and cayenne. Cook until sprouts are tender, about 10 minutes.
