Fold in: 3-4 Tablespoons of caraway seeds 16 oz of shredded sharp cheddar Let rise again, knead briefly and gently and then bake in PAM coated bread pan for 45 minutes at 375 degrees until load sounds hollow when thumped. Best toasted with a dab of butter!
