Cauliflower Casserole image

My 9-year-old grandson asks to take this dish in his school lunch! Now, when is the last time your kids requested cauliflower?? That's how much my family and the Crew loved this recipe. Perfectly creamy and delightfully filling. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 head of cauliflower
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c melted velveeta cheese
1 can(s) french fried onions

Steps:

  • 1. Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain. Break into smaller pieces.
  • 2. In a large casserole dish add cauliflower, mushroom soup and melted Velveeta cheese. Top with french fried onions.
  • 3. Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes.
