CARROTS WITH ALMONDS IN CREAM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 extra large carots sliced thin with a mandolin
4 shallots sliced with electric slicer
2 cloves of garlic
some olive oil
some almonds
4 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • put olive oil in the pan brown the almonds one side 4 minutes and flip them and cook another two minutes. add the garlic and shallots after it is gone through the food processor next put in the carrots after the shallots are golden (5 minutes) add a little water when the carrots are almost done and curling pour in enough whipping cream to cover the bottom. let it come to a boil stirring then simmer for a few minutes.
