Carrot and Zucchini Chocolate Cake image

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup salad oil
4 large eggs

Steps:

  • In lg.
  • bowl mix all dry ingredients.
  • Stir in carrots and zucchini.
  • In small bowl beat eggs, add oil, add to dry mixture and stir to moisten well.
  • Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 55-60 minutes at 325F degrees.
