2 cups cider vinegar
2 sticks margarine or butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine vinegar, butter or margarine and salt. Heat slowly until butter or margarine is melted. Add lemon juice and pepper flakes.
