Steps:
- Preheat grill.
- Lightly coat filets with grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper on each side.
- Grill steaks about 8 minutes per side (5 minutes per side for rare), basting with HERDEZ Salsa Verde.
- Once seared, transfer to saute pan with HERDEZ Salsa Verde. Top with Oaxaca cheese and place in oven until cheese melts.
- Remove steaks from oven and transfer to plate. Spoon HERDEZ Guacamole Salsa
