Steps:
- Toss pork in flour in a bowl. Add oil to a lg skillet, place over medium-high heat. Brown pork cubes.
- Transfer pork to a plate. Saute onion, pepper, garlic and chile pepper until onion is soft. Return pork to pan. Add 1 cup water, worcestershire sauce, ginger, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
- Drain pineapple juice into pan. Cover, reduce heat. Simmer 30 mins. Stack pineapple and cut into 8 sections. Add pineapple, tomato and cucumber to pan. Simmer, uncovered 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Best serve over rice.
