Caramel Nut Clusters image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup margarine or butter
8 ounces caramels (about 28)
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
3 1/2 cups Kellogg's® corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Steps:

  • 1. In 3-quart saucepan, combine margarine, caramels and milk. Cook over low heat until carmels melt and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until evenly combined. 2. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Cool. Store in airtight container.
